Cancellation Policy

The Client is hiring the Business for the services described in this contract. Terms Payment methods Payment will be made to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business. No refunds The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made within a week from the date of delivery. A redo service or tweaking my be scheduled if we are contacted within this timeframe and the request is reasonable. Licensing The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations. Authority to sign Each party has the authority to enter into this Contract and to perform all of its obligations under this Contract. Modifications The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing. Invoices The Business will invoice the Client after completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project. Expenses Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services under this Contract. Warranty No refunds will be provided for the work completed or services performed under this contract. Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a non-refundable, non-transferrable fee. No-shows are subject to a fee up to the full cost of the service and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Photo, Video, and Likeness Consent I consent that the salon and stylist may take photographs and videos of the provided service. I consent the salon and stylist may utilize the photographs or videos in terms of sharing to social media for marketing campaigns, testimonials, and all other reasonable usage of content taken. Acknowledgment of Service Realities By booking a service, I confirm that the salon and hair stylist will not be held responsible or liable if the result of the service is not expected as should be. I confirm that I am allowing the salon and hairstylist to apply necessary
